Easy to set up - no issues so far.

Ordered on-line, when picked up thought nothing of product not being shrink wrapped. Got home and found missing parts. Called store and told to bring in, that they had another one in stock. When arrived, that one was not shrink wrapped either and found that it too was a returned product. With all of the security issues, who is to know if some malicious software was not placed on product. Assistant manager realized this too and ordered a new one from the warehouse. Once it arrived, the product performed as expected.

Modem was easy to hook up and get connected to wireless router. Simple set-up with CD. Been working well. Now if I could just get Verizon's "dial-up" DSL to stay connected for more than a few hours at a time, life would be grand!
